Leadership Development Programming

Phase 1: Learning

New and old managers alike must learn the basics of leadership and management before they can tackle more complex organizational challenges. The foundational principles in this program equip participants with the tools they need to begin growing as People First Leaders.

Phase 2: Practicing

After gaining a solid understanding of People First Leadership principles, managers embark on a guided season of actively applying their new-found knowledge to real-world situations. Time for feedback, reflection, and ongoing support is crucial during this stage.

Phase 3: Growing

Comfortable in the basic practice of People First Leadership, managers begin to observe and encounter more complex business issues, learning how to apply a people-first lens to difficult decisions and promising opportunities. This penultimate stage develops advanced leadership skills and problem solving techniques.

Phase 4: Coaching

Leaders, like elite athletes, require ongoing coaching and training to remain focused and effective. This final phase offers personalized coaching to managers in their respective environments so they can fully integrate People First Leadership into their teams, departments, and organizations.
